This is the only team you want for your house buying needs. The Courtney team was wonderful to work with. We were from out of town and wanted to see several different areas as we started our search. They took us to 6+ showings in one day which was far more than we expected them to do. When we were ready to make the offer they were ready to go. From there they worked with our lender to help us get what we needed. They offered white glove service and complete support throughout the whole process. Chris was incredibly thorough every step of the way checking the home for things I wouldn’t have even thought of. I can’t recommend this wonderful team enough!

From the very beginning Chris and Kristi were the absolute best! They were the most thorough and complete realtors! From the first, with advice on how to make our home more presentable, with helping make prepared and improvements, to the presentation of the home through internet, showing, etc., to the final closing they handled everything! They did such a good job preparing our house for showing that the first couple through the open house made an offer the next day for our asking price. And Chris and Kristi stayed with us through the closing process and were always available to answer questions about the process. Plus, their daughter made us the best cupcakes! I can’t say enough good things about the Courtney team. They are professional & very knowledgeable. Our house needed some repairs before selling and they did all of the work finding the best fit for us to get the repairs done on schedule and in budget.
